How to make a request
Email corrections@itfocus.net with:
- the URL of the record (it looks like
/listing/…) - what is wrong, or that you want it removed
- how we can reach you if we need to clarify something
If you are the licence holder, tell us — you can also claim the record and correct the details yourself at no cost.
What we will do
| Factual error | Corrected against the official register, normally within 2 business days. |
| Licence holder asks for contact details to be removed | Contact details removed. The licence record itself stays, because it is a public record and the directory would be misleading without it. |
| Licence holder asks for the whole record to be removed | Removed. The page stops being published and is dropped from the sitemap. |
| Safety, legal or urgent concern | Actioned immediately on request, before any review, then reviewed. |
| Anything else | We reply within 5 business days with what we did, or why we cannot. |
Where the information came from
Every record is compiled from a public government register. If a detail is wrong, it may be wrong at the source — in which case correcting it at the source fixes it everywhere, including here. Each record links to the register it came from.
We do not publish disciplinary history, complaints, ratings or opinions, and we do not accept payment to change a record.
