What we sell
Display advertising, targeted by geography. An advertiser buys a placement on a set of pages — the whole state, a county, or a specific ZIP — for a flat monthly fee.
That is the entire product. There is nothing else for sale.
What we do not sell
This matters more than the rate card, so it is stated first and in public:
- We do not sell leads. No contact details of any visitor are ever sold, shared or forwarded to an advertiser.
- We do not sell referrals. We do not introduce, match, forward or recommend anyone to anyone.
- We do not sell rankings or placement in listings. The directory order is not for sale and never has been.
- We do not price on performance. No cost-per-lead, cost-per-call, cost-per-click or revenue share. Not as a discount, not as a trial, not ever.
- We do not endorse advertisers. An advertisement is an advertisement. It is not a recommendation, a vetting result, or a statement about the advertiser's work.
If you are a public adjuster, roofing contractor or other professional whose work may be paid from insurance proceeds, those limits exist partly for your protection: Florida law restricts how such businesses may be compensated for referrals. A flat fee for advertising space is not a referral fee. Performance pricing would be.
Rate card
Flat monthly fees, priced by position. Billed in advance, cancel any time at the end of a period. These are launch-tier rates. Pricing is based on page reach and will rise as traffic grows — existing advertisers keep their rate for as long as they run continuously.
| Position | Size | Where it appears | Flat monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Top banner | 970 × 250 | Every page, above the fold | $99 |
| Right rail | 300 × 600 | Desktop — listing and search pages | $79 |
| Mobile anchor | 320 × 50 | Pinned to the bottom of every phone screen | $69 |
| In-content | 728 × 90 | Every fifth card, category pages | $59 |
| Bottom banner | 728 × 90 | Above the footer, every page | $35 |
| Left rail | 160 × 600 | Desktop only, wide pages | $29 |
Annual placements are billed at ten months for twelve. Quarterly, five per cent off. Continuous advertisers keep the rate they started on for as long as they keep running.
Taking more than one position? A full takeover — top, both rails and the bottom banner — is twenty per cent off the combined rate. Category-only targeting (roofing, water mitigation, public adjusting) is thirty per cent above the statewide rate. Storm season, 1 June to 30 November, adds twenty-five per cent to new bookings; advertisers already running are exempt.
County and ZIP placements are available on request. County pages carry far less traffic than the listing pages, so we do not present them as headline inventory — ask us and we will quote honestly on what a county actually delivers.
Florida has 67 counties in this directory. Every rate above is a flat fee for space. None of it is priced per lead, per call or per click, and no placement is ever sold as a ranking or an endorsement.
Advertiser requirements
- If you hold a state licence — public adjuster, contractor, attorney — you must provide the licence number. We display it with the advertisement.
- You warrant that your licence is current and that your advertisement complies with the rules governing your profession.
- Advertising copy must not promise outcomes we cannot verify: no "guaranteed claim approval", no "we get you more than any other adjuster", no invented credentials.
- You may not describe your placement as a ranking, a recommendation, or a vetting result.
- If you are a lawyer, The Florida Bar’s advertising rules apply to you and to us. Almost all non-exempt lawyer advertisements must be filed with The Florida Bar for review at least 20 days before they are first published, with a review fee (Rule 4-7.19(a)); a late fee applies if they are not filed on time. Advertisements containing only the information listed in Rule 4-7.16 are exempt from filing. Filing is a compliance review, not approval — and neither The Florida Bar nor this directory may state or imply that the Bar approves or endorses an advertisement, a lawyer, or this directory. You are responsible for filing your own advertisement where the rules require it. See the property attorneys page for our full lawyer-directory notice.
- We may decline or remove any advertisement, and will refund the unused balance, if it breaches these requirements or the law.
How advertising is labelled
Every paid placement on this site carries an Advertisement label. Paid links are marked rel="nofollow sponsored" so they are never mistaken for editorial recommendations by a search engine or a reader.
Advertisements are never placed in a position that implies we have checked, ranked or approved the advertiser. Listing order in the directory is independent of advertising and is not for sale.
We may report impressions and clicks to an advertiser so they know their placement is running. Those numbers never affect what they are charged — the fee is flat.
Buying a placement
Tell us the position you want — top banner, right rail, left rail, in-content, bottom banner or the mobile anchor — and we will confirm availability and send an insertion order. Advertisements are reviewed against the requirements above before they run.
